The Seven Sisters; Eastbourne to West Dean, Saturday 16th August

On Saturday 16th August, nine members of Croydon HF Rambling Club took an early(ish) train from East Croydon to Eastbourne. From there, we took a bus uphill to the Golf Course where we began our walk. Heading first to Beachy Head, we picked up the cliff-top path from Birling Gap and followed the undulations of the Seven Sisters to Cuckmere Haven. Turning north, we finally reached the road at West Dean where we caught the bus back to Eastbourne. In excellent conditions, this was a most enjoyable walk!
