Purley, Sunday 19th July

On a warm, sunny Sunday, seven club members met at Purley Station for a gentle 4-mile walk to Amir’s house, where they were joined by three other members who had been unable to take part in the walk. In the garden, we enjoyed the excellent facilities that our host has installed to provide members with a barbecue comprising burgers, spusegge and side-salads. This was a wonderful social event in a relaxed outdoor setting which appropriately celebrated the summer season and made a great contribution to team building and morale. We hope to repeat it next year!
